Cancellation Policy

  1. To cancel a tour, customers must inform us at least 48 hours prior to the tour. They will receive a 100% refund. We will send a cancellation confirmation by email.
  2. If we cancel the tour due to safety concerns over weather conditions, we will offer customers the option of another date or a 100% refund.

 

 

Change Policy

Customers can make changes to a tour for free (such as the date or pick-up location). Email, use What’s App, or call us before 6:pm the day before the tour to make changes.

 

 

 

No Show

  1. If the customer does not show up for the tour or misses it for any reason, they will not receive a refund.
  2. If the pick-up vehicle fails to show up, the customer should call us 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

 

 

 

Receipt of Tour Confirmation

Customers will receive a tour confirmation by email within 24 hours of booking, or by 10:pm at the latest if the tour is the next day and was booked on short notice. Customers are responsible for contacting us immediately if they do not receive confirmation.
