- To cancel a tour, customers must inform us at least 48 hours prior to the tour. They will receive a 100% refund. We will send a cancellation confirmation by email.
- If we cancel the tour due to safety concerns over weather conditions, we will offer customers the option of another date or a 100% refund.
Customers can make changes to a tour for free (such as the date or pick-up location). Email, use What’s App, or call us before 6:pm the day before the tour to make changes.
- If the customer does not show up for the tour or misses it for any reason, they will not receive a refund.
- If the pick-up vehicle fails to show up, the customer should call us 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Receipt of Tour Confirmation
Customers will receive a tour confirmation by email within 24 hours of booking, or by 10:pm at the latest if the tour is the next day and was booked on short notice. Customers are responsible for contacting us immediately if they do not receive confirmation.
